Current X2D limit for this selection: 235.5 × 256 × 256 mm. Multi-colour work uses the smaller shared dual-nozzle area.

Match Color preserves the source's major colors as broad printable filament regions. The final production model must be a direct-print color 3MF; texture-only or geometry-only output is rejected and the Maker tokens are refunded.

Questions before you start

Frequently asked questions

I don’t know anything about 3D modelling. Can you help?

Yes. Describe your idea in our request form. Our team handles the design and modelling and asks you for any missing details.

Do I pay to submit a request?

No card is needed for the assisted request form. Design, modelling, printing, shipping and tax are explained in the quote before you pay. Optional self-service AI tools use Maker tokens.

Can you print just one part?

Yes. One sample, one STL print, one replacement part, or one gift is welcome.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. HavnCraft Maker is set up for one-off parts, samples, and small runs.

Can you recreate a broken plastic part?

Often, yes. Upload clear photos with a ruler or calipers, fit notes, and the surfaces that must be accurate.

Can I upload a photo instead of a 3D file?

Yes. Photo-to-3D works best for decorative pet objects, reliefs, gifts, logos, and keepsakes.

What file types do you accept?

Models: STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP/STP and AMF. Photos: JPG, PNG and WebP. Drawing references also accept PDF and SVG. Each upload field shows its supported formats.

Can you print in multiple colors?

Yes, for suitable models. Tell us the colours you want and our team will check the available materials and printable details before confirming your quote.

How much does custom 3D printing cost?

It depends on size, print time, material, support risk, design work, shipping, and tax. You approve the quote before production.

Do you ship to Canada and the US?

Yes. We support Toronto, Mississauga, GTA/Ontario, Canada-wide, and US online orders.

What materials do you offer?

Current stocked Maker materials are PLA and PLA Matte. Other materials remain listed as out of stock until restocked.

Can you print food-safe or medical parts?

No. We do not certify food-safe, medical, baby-safety, weapon, vehicle-critical, climbing, or human-load parts.
