Shipping cost and delivery timing are estimated during project review and confirmed before production or shipment.

Seasonal gifts and decorations

Seasonal collections ship to Canada and the United States. All seasonal products use the same shipping fee, shown on the product page and charged once per order, including when you order more than one of that product. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Existing orders retain the shipping fee confirmed when the order was created.

Custom project destinations

For custom projects, we confirm the delivery destination, shipping charge and fulfillment timing during project review.

Custom production timing

Custom projects may require model generation, repair, manual design, slicing, printing, post-processing, and customer approval before shipment.
