Final return terms must be approved before live sales. This page defines the current storefront structure and customer-facing boundaries.
Standard hardware
A 30-day return policy is planned for production orders if the device is returned in eligible condition. Final terms are pending review.
Custom shells
Custom printed shells are reviewed and approved before printing. Customization fees and custom-made parts may have different return eligibility.
Order review
Refund eligibility depends on order status, whether a custom shell has been approved for printing and the final policy reviewed before sale.
